As a Front End Web Developer at 4com, I am evolving the existing 4Com websites and intranet whilst incorporating responsive design functionality across all existing and new 4Com brands to ensure their web presence is market leading.

With a focus on development for engaging experiences across web, tablet, mobile, email and social. HTML5/CSS and jQuery/Javascript are at the core of what I do at chs.

THis was my first development job which exposed me to some of the more technical aspects of web development working mostly with Wordpress and Joomla.

This was mainly a sales focused job that invloved me developing social and interpersonal skills in person, over the phone and via direct messaging.

The BA (Hons) Digital Media Production (Top Up) offered me the opportunity to refine my existing practice, develop new skills and reflect upon experience gained during previous study (FdA, HND and Year 1 & 2 of the Honours programme). I learnt to be an autonomous, creative decision maker who demonstrates ability to lead rather than respond to industry trends. My choice of refinement was graphic design, music, visual effects and a small amount of videography in the form of a music video and documentary. All of these media creations were used across different social media sites to collect data from end users. (available on request).
